I joined DRT in 2000 for my traineeship as part of my manufacturing management postgraduate course. After completing this course I was employed by the company as a planning engineer. Since January 1st, 2018, I’ve been responsible for the department in which I took my first steps into the company…

It’s a young, dynamic, and versatile team. As part of our multidisciplinary missions, we are constantly in contact with the other departments in the company, both in France and overseas.

I have had the chance to take part in numerous training courses, both internally and externally. In my opinion, DRT listens to its staff and offers them all the opportunity to grow.

Our role is constantly changing… and that is what inspires me. There are plenty of projects to get involved in.

I’m always in contact with the executive committee. I feel confident that my suggestions are listened to.

I’ve been a manager of a team for over a year. For me, this position is the culmination of many years of work.
