A little over 3 years ago I joined a DRT subsidiary as an HHR at an industrial site. Today, I’m the head of HR and social management at DRT headquarters.

What I love about DRT is that no day is ever the same! In the same day, I can work on a structural HRIS project, participate in steering committee for the group’s CSR policy, conduct a recruitment interview, and finish by harmonizing our HR budget with our subsidiary in the US.

One of the company’s strengths is that despite its size, we are all able to work in extremely varied areas and maintain the versatility which allows us to carry out our duties and develop alongside the company!
